The installations should be fairly simple, if one would follow our instructions.
we tried to keep them as simple as possible, yet we expect the user to have some basic skills with windows and/or Linux.
Might you find the instructions to be hard to follow, still, please do contact us for assistance.
we will try our very best to assist within a maximum of 48 hours, holidays are an exception, due to the free-time protocol we like to use.
As much as we love to assist, we do need our time off, to get some rest.

We made the installation instructions for both windows and Linux platforms.
It should work on Windows xp, vista, 7, 8 and 8.1
Also it should work on all Ubuntu and Debian based builds of Linux, including Raspberry Pi (Raspberrian, a Debian based OS for the Raspberry Pi).
